GDI’s execution capabilities provide peace of mind for our clients. We consistently focus on four operational dimensions:
Operational infrastructure: We run 24x7 operations across three locations in India.
Program Management: Our dedicated team works with clients to implement various programmes including Learner Management Programme, Center Management Programme, and Centralised Admission Process Programme. We redesigned the HR processes for more effective HR management of a company in the media sector.
We trained associates to handle a learner admission and management process. Our ATC associates successfully conducted the admission programme for the centralised admission process of the Engineering, Medical and Education stream admission process for the state of Maharashtra. Therefore we source and recruit talent as diverse as simple data entry operators and document scanners to sophisticated programmers and system designers.
Quality Management: Our professional team ensures that we meet a high service standard. Monitoring accuracy levels, turn around time and other parameters is done on a continuous basis. Many of our processes require high accuracy levels. For instance, we deliver in excess of 99.9% accuracy in admission fee collection and deposition processes. We have to ensure less than 2% error rate in several finance processes. Customer service programs need to meet the customer satisfaction scores day after day.
Customized Risk Management:
Risk management poses a different set of challenges as one plans an outsourced process. It is important for companies outsourcing operations to be assured that their processes would continue to run in the event of a disaster, their information is secure and they are complying with all regulatory requirements.
We engage with our clients early in their outsourcing programs to understand their processes and their impact on their business, assess criticality of the outsourced operations, evaluate risks that their operations are exposed to and design cost effective solutions to mitigate them. This was successfully proven when we could handle calls for the client’s network associates when their activity was affected because of local weather conditions. More recently, we provided uninterrupted service during the severe floods that affected Mumbai in 2005.
